Hello my name is sadique khan and i am from jamshedpur, jharkhand. i need help regarding an online shopping issue.
I was trying to buy a micromax phone so i went to saholic.com site and buy a Micromax Q76 from there. On payment page there was no cash on delivery available for our state so i did an online payment through my ATM card and after a success payment there wasn't any proper invoice was generated, the only thing i got that an online massage that your payment is successful and a email with my name, product name, order id, price and delivery date. but nothing about my payment so i talked to their costumer care but they said it is available in user section but there was no such option so i send them email regarding this but got no reply from them. So i wait till my delivery date which was (09 May 2013) but no such delivery i received so first i talked to the courier guy and they told that your shipment is sealed in sales tax in kolkata and they dont know when it will be released so they told me to wait till next monday. i wait and called again, the courier people said it is still in kolkata and please talk to the company. so i called the company and they keep saying me to wait while they talk to their senior. I email them, call them every day but i got same answer again and again. Its 20 May now but still no delivery. So please help me.
