Make my trip not cooperating with people along with AIrlines like Indigo against MakeMyTrip

My mother was travelling from Srinagar to Bangalore via Delhi on 1st June 2013 and I had booked tickets via Make my trip for her . The ticket was in Spice jet from Srinagar-Delhi and from Delhi-Bangalore in Indigo. However the time of halt in Delhi between two flights was 1hour and 15 minutes. Although the flight of Spice jet landed in time in Delhi and my mother had no luggage also (only hand bag), she was denied boarding in Indigo flight for Bangalore with indigo stating the reason that she should have been there at least an hour before but as per norms its only 45 minutes and she was there 50 minutes before departure. And moreover it should have been taken care by Makemytrrip before displaying tickets on their website that 1hr 15minutes can’t be sufficient for a passenger to reach the other boarding point when airlines say its 1 hour they should have the passenger at their counter. It was in my mother’s case that she was there 50 minutes in advance to departure but what in case of a passanger who has to collect luggage also from the earlier flight.
Indigo denied their responsibility and denied to accommodate in next flight without paying the difference and Make my trip are also not taking the responsibility. I feel it’s more of mistake from makemytrip side as they should have not displayed the tickets of such timing as no one is superman and also indigo is not at all cooperative. Here I would say GO air is much more cooperative …

I request your help to get my money back from makemytrip as this flight has mentally also hit my mother because she was mentallyt harassed by Indigo employees at Delhi Airport (Name of Employee from Indigo :Kiran)

    Dear Vishal,

    At the outset, we sincerely apologize for the trouble caused to you.

    With reference to your complaint, we have checked the pointsraised by you and also the below email you received from Indigo, unfortunately we would not be able to process any refunds in this regards as airline has completely denied for it and if the airline has denied it then it would not possible for us to refund you any money.

    As long as your question raised by you that why we are selling the tickets for the connecting timing which is 1 hour and 20 minutes. Please note this is as per the user agreement only, the timing was
    sufficient enough to catch the next flight. Please also note that at the time of booking we have displayed the tickets with options for the flight which is convenience to you, if you have made the selection knowing the fact the layover timing is sufficient and now you are saying that we are displaying the tickets and selling them with insufficient connecting timings which is inappropriate as well. At the time of booking we have provided many options to you.

    Please understand being the travel portal, we have certain rules
    and restrictions which we have to abide by and we would be happy to accept if we are at fault. Further, you can check with Indigo if any exception can be made for you.
