Complaint against 100Bestbuy site. Not delivered my order and also customer service is not responding to my e-mail. against

At first I got a mail saying "Samsung Galaxy S4 is here at just Rs 799" as the 'Deal of the Day'. I logged in to the site and registered for the deal and got a confirmation mail also. They said if we are not a winner then they will return the amount back to our account. But 2 days later I got a mail saying my transaction failed and i replied to them with confirmation mail. Finally I got the amount as credits in my 100bestbuy account. This is a kind of trap where they are forcing people to buy products from their site again. I wanted my money credited back in to my bank account and not as credits in the site's account.

And even then I thought it is ok and bought a kurti for 864 INR using this credits a I had to pay the extra amount. But I have not received the product till now. I had mailed them and got an acknowledgement mail back. nothing else.
Please help me.

    Today I got the product from 100BestBuy. But what i have ordered is 'Neels Blue Net Anarkali(A-70011)' but the product which I got is ‘Neels Georgette Anarkali with Red Potly Button’. I am fed up with their service. I don't want their product any more. I want my money back.

    Also they have not given any order no: and also I am not able track the order if i log in to my account. I am only able to view the cart. Once the amount is payed it is removed from cart and can't find the item anywhere. No shipment no, no order number... nothing is mentioned to track the order. Very poor service.
