TATA DOCOMO legal team harassing for bill payment against TATA DOCOMO

I was using TATA PHOTON connection till November 2013 (Photon No : 9243544902)and I have cleared my bill in December and raised request(Request no : 395625213) with TATA DOCOMO to deactivate my connection . After that I got a call from TATA DOCOMO and they asked me the reason why I have raised a request to cancel the service . I told them that I am not getting proper speed in my area so I don't want to use your service , so please cancel the connection . Then they offered me some disounts but I said no , then requested me to transfer the connection to my friends or relatives name so that they can use it instead of cancelling the connection . Then I told let me find someone. After one month I couldn't find anyone so again I called customer care and raised request to cancel the connection ( Request no : 401382067 ) , again I got a call from DOCOMO and tried to negotiate with me , I clearly told them I am not using your service and I keep it active on your request but bill is getting generating and I am getting messages and mails regarding the bill so please cancel my connection and stop sending messages regarding bill , but he told sir you can ignore those messages once you transfer the connection we will waive the bill . He didn't listen me and keep on trying to convince me I disconnected the call . After one month TATA DOCOMO legal department started calling me to clear the bill or they will issue legal notice for 20000 /- . I have called DOCOMO and raised compalints regarding this ( 405177131 and 406256463 ) , but they are telling they will resolve this issue , but from other side I am getting calls and messages from Leagal department .     Hi Tata Docomo Team,

    I am getting messages from legal team as below from 7846020381 number

    "TATA DOCOMO KAR LEGAL DEPT has given last chance clear your pmt's before 20th if not drop into MAYOHALL COURT on 20th mar CASE been filed A1/KAR/DEL/1352685700"

    I have been telling them that I have opened couple of complaints regarding my bill issue with DOCOMO customer care so please wait until they resolve issue . But these people ignored my request and sending messages like this .Kindly communicate to your legal team about the issue from your end . Thanks .

    I Too Having Same problem.
    I have deactivated sim since 9 months.
    still they are generating bills and call me to pay in case if i dont they will send legal notice and all..
    for once i made payment of Rs.996 even after they are generating bill.abill.and after 3 months they are again asking me to pay bill.
