I have registered for Frontline English magazine, paying Rs. 845/- by The Hindu Group for one year from 30th May 2014 to 15th May 2015. till the date i have received only 5 issues of magazine against of 24 issues. I have regularly talked and mailed them about non-arrival of magazine at my address.
They told me to register a complaint at my post office and sent a scanned copy of that complaint to their mail id, which i did.
Again then they told me to give a new address, which i mailed them.But at new address also, i didn't get the single copy.
Now i talk to them, and don't get sufficient reply on telephone and they don't reply my mail. they just give false assurance every time, we will look into matter and send you copies.
Kindly look into the matter.
Mail to frontline regarding non arrival of magazine.
