This is to your notification that I am fresh user of freecharge account &my ID is firstname.lastname@example.org. As a new user I used PROMO CODE NEW 75 for recharge of IDEA 3G prepaid of Rupees 449 on date 05.05.2016 via Order ID is FCVM160505376723977. Freecharge Promo code mention that 75% cash back for first time transaction of Rs 50 or more, that means My cash back should be Rs.336 instead of received cash back of Rs 50. I have received a reply from their customercare services having shown T&C rule of Min Transaction of Rs 50& max cash back of Rs. 50. Free charge are denying the claim showing T&C rule of Min Transaction of Rs 50& max cash back of Rs. 50. If it is so then it should display in bold in vicinity of promo code & not on fugitive page. Free charge is cheating the customer using such fake advertisement.
