Flipkart delivered faulty product and now they are delaying the replacement against Flipkart.com

I ordered a gaming mouse and i received a faulty device as the left click isnt working properly . I put up a replacement request on 21st august and they gave me the promise date of 29th augus by which they will give me a hand to hand replacement of my product. The product was supposed to be shipped by 24th august and delivered by 29th. Its 24th today and the product page doesnt even show that seller has approved the item. I have had a chat with them over email and the last email they sent me today is that there is some technical error and thus my order is on hold and is not able to be processed.. This is unacceptable .. they have told me to wait 2 business days when they will get back to me and give me an update. Just because they have received my money doesnt mean that they should dominate me like this! F-assured product . More like Fraud assured product! I want them to keep their promise to deliver it by 29th august or give me a refund which they are also not willing to do right now. There should be some compensation from flipkart if i dont receive it by their promised date of 29th august
