I am using tata DoCoMo sim 2 No's which is postpaid. In my plan 299 I used to get 600 mins and 1gb 3g data free, once 3 g data finishes 2 g data will be unlimited free.
In the month of September I decided to port my sim and I sent a port request, after which I got a call from DoCoMo that they will giv me more 600 mins free in addition to 600 mins which they already giving and 1.5 GB of internet free after consuming my 1 gb 3g data. So I dropped my plan to port and continued with DoCoMo and paid the bill. But I dint get any such offer which they promised me...so in the month of October I again sent a port request and they give me again the same offer which I accepted but when my 1 GB internet got over I called to customer care and again they refused that i will get any such additional offer but after that they gave me 1.5gb
