I,Satyaranjan Bhuyan ,Mail:Helptosatya@gmail.com ordered a Kain formal Black shoes(37598) of 6 size on jan 29th 2013 and got my product on 2nd feb 2013.But I got a 9(EUR 43)size shoe instead of 6(EUR 39 or 40)size.Actually it was deliberately made to 6 size shoe tampering the size sticker on it,so I had to return it on the same day by DTDC courier service spending extra 90 rs towards delivery charge.My courier tracking details of the returned product is Courier Service:www.dtdc.com Tracking ID:B90365331 My phone no:8147852841,which shows that product is delivered to the Security Guard.It has been two months since I returned the product.According to their return policy the product should be returned within 10-15 days,but I haven't received the product yet though it is now available on their site.I have contacted with the Customer care so many times and mailed them also,but only I get the reply that "Sorry for the inconvenience" ,"We will forward it to the senior department","It will take 7 working days more"etc.So please help me sir for which I'll be obliged.I just want the exact date of my product delivery.I do not require any more explanations.If the company itself avoids the return policy then what to say about the customers!
